This living room is set at the bottom of a slope so called for some fairly light and fresh colours. The soft linen print by Jane Churchill ,used for the Roman blinds, has an lovely organic pattern with soft greens, stones & aquas which compliment the garden view. The sofa is bespoke as we wanted to achieve that contemporary/retro look but it has to be specific proportions for the room and clients. It was upholstered in a shimmery aqua weave, also from Jane Churchill, that picks up light from the room. The dark wooden floor adds some contrast to the pale colours of the walls and soft furnishings, and the textured finish of the Crucial Trading rug.
